This release of the KIC 2000 Solder Paste Specs Library contains updated information for the following
manufacturers:
Cobar, EFD, Indium
For the pastes from manufacturers that are not listed above, we will attempt to provide updated information in the next release.
If the solder paste you are using is not listed in the Library, you can select the "Define Your Own Spec" option and enter the data manually that is given on the technical data sheet provided by your paste manufacturer. If you have questions or problems, please send an email to: tech@kicmail.com
Can’t find your solder paste in our Library? Please send us an email with the Manufacturer ie: (AIM), Product Name ie: (NC251) and formula ie: (Sn96.5/Ag3.5) to:
